Palak Paneer

Ingredients:-

  • Spinach- 1 Kg
  • Onions- 2
  • Tomatoes- 2
  • Chillies- 2
  • Paneer cubes- 200 grams
  • Cream- 1/4 cup
  • Grated gingerroot

 

 

 

 Method:-

Chop the spinach and stir fry chopped spinach and puree in a food processor. 
Chop onion and chillies as well. Fry them for some time. All other Ingredients mentioned above should be mixed now.
Heat them for 5-7 minutes

Delicious palak paneer is ready to be enjoyed!
